Project summary
This re-design will help the user to have a better visual experience and user flow experience to optimize time searching to time watching
The problem
With over 13 million monthly active users Crunchyroll is a leading global destination and platform for Japanese anime and Asian content, where you can stream on different platforms such as their website, mobile app, Smart TV app, and gaming console app.
With an alarming percentage of people complaining about the app in almost every app store and with the growing anime community all over the world, it is not appropriate that the application is not to the liking of users.
Goals
-
To find frustrations, and problems, users have when they are trying to decide what to watch
-
To make an intuitive re-design so users still identify the app as Crunchyroll
-
To make a re-design that makes people want to become/be premium because they enjoy the content that is offered.

Analyze and Designing
Sketching for Efficient Flows + Visualizations
Then using the different opportunities, I started looking at different user interfaces to design the best visualization of the different museum overviews. Twitch, Netflix, HBO, Prime, and Youtube were sources of inspiration.

Since we already have the previous screens as a reference we just jump into wireframes and then high fidelity Screen, this is the result of that design process
